Loom Consulting, Inc., doing business as Patricia O'Laughlin Coaching ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operates gatheredadhd.com (the "Website") and the Gathered program ("Gathered" or the "Program"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Website, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
This Privacy Policy governs the Website. If you enroll in Gathered, your participation is also governed by the Gathered Participation Agreement you sign at enrollment, which addresses information collected as part of the Program itself.
By using the Website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you give us directly, including:
- Your name and email address when you contact us, sign up for our mailing list, or submit an inquiry.
- Enrollment and payment information when you register for Gathered. Enrollment forms are collected through Jotform, and payment is processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.
- Anything you choose to share with us through a contact form, email, or survey.
Information Collected Automatically
As you browse the Website, we may use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to collect information about your visit — pages viewed, time spent on the site, general location (city or region level), device and browser type, and the site that referred you here. This information is used in aggregate to understand how the Website is used and to improve it. It is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies
The Website uses cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect how parts of the Website function. There is currently no unified industry or legal standard for how to respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, and we do not currently respond to them.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your questions and inquiries.
- Process your enrollment and payment for Gathered.
- Send Program-related communications, and, if you've opted in, newsletter or promotional emails.
- Maintain business records and improve the Website and our offerings.
Email Communications
Emails from us clearly identify who they're from and how to reach us. If you're on our mailing list, every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time. You can also email hello@gatheredadhd.com to request removal from our list.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information with the third-party service providers who help us operate the Website and run Gathered, which currently include:
- Jotform — enrollment and intake forms
- Stripe — payment processing
- Circle — the private online community platform
- Google Workspace / Google Drive — communications and file storage
- Zoom — live sessions
- WhatsApp — optional accountability buddy group communication (opt-in only)
Each of these providers maintains its own privacy and security practices, which we don't control. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — including on third-party platforms we use. We'd rather you not send highly sensitive information (such as payment details) by email.
Children
The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@gatheredadhd.com and we will delete it.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, email hello@gatheredadhd.com and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
