These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Loom Consulting, Inc., doing business as Patricia O'Laughlin Coaching ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and govern your access to and use of gatheredadhd.com (the "Website"), including its content and functionality.
Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
If you enroll in the Gathered program, your participation is governed by the separate Gathered Participation Agreement you sign at enrollment. Where these Terms and the Participation Agreement conflict on a matter specific to the Program, the Participation Agreement governs.

The Website is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

In short: the content on this Website is educational and informational, not a substitute for individualized medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and using the Website does not create a therapist-client, coaching, or other professional relationship.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
