For women with late-diagnosed ADHD, Gathered is a six-week group coaching program that helps you understand your beautifully contradictory brain and release the shame dimming your inner fire.
A personalized map of how your executive functioning actually works, plus the light and shadow of your top five strengths — where each one carries you, and where it quietly costs you. This is about you specifically.
A field guide built around how you work, a workbook for saying no without the spiral, and an anxiety toolkit of real practices — the worry motel, the cold-water pause, RAIN — for the moments you need something to reach for.
Late-diagnosed, done explaining themselves, no translation required. Accountability buddies who stay past week six, and a room where the thing you were bracing to be judged for gets a laugh instead.
I've worked with children, teens, adults and couples — I've seen ADHD at every stage of life, and how it impacts work and relationships. Staying in something far too long, or hopping from one thing to the next — it's the same brain, just opposite symptoms.
This is not therapy — it's insight, so you can stop the patterns yourself. I've had plenty of practice holding the depth of your reality and your accountability at the same time.
It starts by focusing on your specific brain. Then one ninety-minute session a week — live or recorded, your call. Everything else is there if you want it, and never a thing you have to keep up with.
Drop-in hours run every week. Come to all of them, one of them, or none of them. Nothing is tracked and nothing is missed.
Work alongside others with your camera on or off. No talking required — just the quiet company that helps ADHD brains actually start.
An art prompt, journaling, or just quiet company with the screens down. No skills needed, nothing to finish, no pressure.
From scattered to gathered — the path you walk together, one week at a time.
Why three chapsticks work. Why there are sticky labels all over your bathroom. Why regulating your brain from the bottom up is about to become your go-to. You already know it isn't willpower — here you'll understand the science behind it, which is what finally makes it believable.

Take the assessment, get your results, and finally see how your own brain runs — where your strengths live, and what it needs to thrive.
A simple, easy-to-use color-coded guide mapped to your assessment and your unique profile — so the strategies you keep are actually yours.
Opt in and you'll have a small, non-shaming group for getting things done — not for making small talk. Yours to keep long after the six weeks end.
All six sessions and every worksheet stay in one private home you can return to as many times as you need — including after the program ends.
The tools you keep are one thing. This is who you get to be — your light radiating out from a more centered you.
Late-diagnosed women with ADHD who know what they want to do — and keep hitting the wall between wanting to and doing it. If you're tired of masking and ready to understand your brain with people who get it, this is your program.
ADHD rarely travels alone. If you also have dyslexia, dyscalculia, or another learning difference, you're welcome here — supporting learning differences has been a passion of mine my whole career, and this program is run assuming you may have more than one thing going on. Gathered is also LGBTQ+ affirming. Queer and trans women belong here.
No. This is for late-discovered ADHD — diagnosed in adulthood, or still wondering. Both belong here. What matters is that you have felt this way as long as you can remember, and only recently had a name for it. Gathered doesn't diagnose or assess; it's coaching and education.
No — this is coaching, not therapy, and it isn't a substitute for mental-health treatment. It's led by a licensed therapist, which brings real depth, but the work here is forward-looking: understanding your brain and building strategies that fit it.
Ninety minutes a week. That's the whole ask — one live group coaching session, with the recording posted afterward so missing a week costs you nothing. A couple of weeks include a live small-group breakout, which only happens in the room; skip it and you'll still have all the core material. Everything else is optional: drop-in body doubling and analog reset hours run weekly, and your buddy group is yours to opt into. Come to all of it or none of it.
A personalized executive functioning skills profile, the color-coded EF HACKS Field Guide mapped to your results, real regulation and boundary tools, and a buddy group you keep long after the six weeks end.
The first Gathered cohort is a small founding group, starting September 29. As a founding member, you'll join at a reduced rate of $300 for one of the first twelve seats, in exchange for your honest feedback along the way.
One small additional cost: you'll take the CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment directly through Gallup's site ($24.99), separate from the program fee. We use it in Week 3, so you'll want it done before then — everything else is included.
This group meets Tuesdays at 11am Pacific for the main session (live or recorded, your call), with optional drop-in body doubling Thursdays at 3pm Pacific and Analog Reset Fridays at 4:30pm Pacific. Times are Pacific, but the recording means you're never locked out if that doesn't line up where you are.
Because it's the first group, I'm paying close attention to what's working and what needs adjusting — your experience helps shape what Gathered becomes for the women who come after you.
Feedback includes one questionnaire, filled in together at the start of the final session — that week runs about 20 minutes long to make room for it. Your answers stay private unless you separately opt in to having a line quoted, first name only, and that part is entirely up to you.
If you change your mind, you can cancel for a full refund up to 10 days before the first session. If you sign up inside that last 10 days, you have 48 hours from enrolling to cancel for a full refund. Otherwise your place is held, so a later cancellation comes back to you as a credit for what you paid — good for six months toward a future cohort — rather than cash. You can also come to that first session, see how it feels, and request a full refund within 48 hours afterwards.
The fire inside you was never broken — it just needs tending. Gather with your people, and watch it light the way.
Come when you can. Skip what doesn't fit. The recording is always there. This is built for how your brain works — not one more thing to keep up with.
Sign up and I'll send you the Kindling Kit — a worksheet for the moments rejection stings and you don't much like who you are. Fill it in online or print it. After that, every few weeks: one idea about how the ADHD brain actually works, plus first word when a new cohort or workshop opens.
Check your inbox — your Kindling Kit is on its way, and the next letter comes to you after that.
